Quebec Captures Two of Top 10 Destination Cities in North America

Quebec, Canada--La Belle Province, or the Beautiful Province, captures two of the top 10 cities in North America recognition as voted by the Readers of Travel + Leisure Magazine 2005 World’s Best.
