by the Nova Scotia Department of Tourism. The program 'Leaf Watch'
runs from September 20 2007 through until the beginning of November.

Ontario
Fall Colors (colours)
The Ontario Ministry of Tourism provides a fall
foliage colour progression report for the entire province each
Tuesday and Thursday from September 10, 2007 to the end of October.
The most spectacular colors are located in the northern part of

Quebec
Fall Colours (colors)
The fall colours (couleurs) in Quebec are titled ‘Symphony
of colour” by the official Government of Quebec website.
When the leaf colour reaches 25% the detailed reports will begin,

Brunswick Fall Colours (colors)
The Province of New
Brunswick web site provides excellent information on the types
of trees and the fall foliage and the colours the fall leaves produce.
New Brunswick claims to have the best location for fall colours
because New Brunswick is predominantly in the Acadian Forest Region.
This region, which is situated between the Boreal (predominantly
softwood) and Deciduous (predominantly hardwood) forest regions,
has a wide variety of tree species that, in fall, provide a brilliant

Prince
Edward Island PEI Fall Colours (Color)
PEI claims to have one of the longest fall foliage viewing periods
in northeastern North America due to the moderating sea climate.
In most years, PEI offers many different fall foliage viewing opportunities
from mid-September until late October. The fiery scarlet-reds of
red maple, cherry, and sumac. These reds and oranges are complimented
by the brilliant yellows of poplar, birch and beech, and offset
by the rich emerald greens of fragrant softwoods such as spruce,
